Well I finally figured I'd start a thread so I can document my build and my progress so far. I still haven't purchased my armor but I'll have all the funds I need by the end of next week provided life doesn't have a say in it. I'm planning on purchasing AM 2.0 armor and I've already been in contact with Troopergear and the next run will be approximately in may/june and I've been put on the list to get a set.
Once My armor arrives I plan on posting a build thread on whitearmor.net and I'll post the link to my build here as well as send a PM to our GML to make it easier for everyone to follow, I plan on trying to keep this thread updated as well.
In the meantime as I've been waiting, and saving up the funds to order my armor, I've been working on getting all of my soft parts I'll need as well as all my snaps and strapping. I have just about everything I need to finish it, other than my thermal detonator clips (unsure of the pipe size) and my belt, which I'll purchase once I have more of an exact length.
Pictures of what I have to follow shortly.

I'm planning on building to Level 3 Centurion standards and I am taking into account things like the chemical gloves are brutal to wear all the time so I have purchased a pair of black aviator gloves as well. Here are my rubber chemical gloves and latex hand guards. I have glued the guards to the gloves since taking this picture. Gloves on got on ebay and the hand guards were purchased from "justjoseph" on the fisd boards Holster purchased from "darman" on the fisd boards Neck Seal purchased from "darman" on the fisd boards Soft Parts Including boots from TK boots

Here's my compression gear, I have 2 sets. Still need to pre-wash them prior to building. Here are my Aviator gloves and darker green lens from trooperbay as well. I don't plan on trooping every event with the chemical gloves.

Hyperfirm E-11 B-grade Blaster has been purchased just waiting for confirmation on it being shipped. AM 2.0. Armor purchased and through our emails I was looking at the next run which was end of may/June before I'd get it. Troopergear sent me this email shortly after I emailed him my transaction id; "Received! Good news, i had some troopers not come through with payments for this run, so you are scheduled to ship with this current run hopefully by mid next week. Should arrive to you by Next friday if all goes smoothly I will get you tracking number as soon as i have it. Best,TG" FINALLY! Just need my thermal Detonator clips and my belt as far as soft parts for the costume and I'll be able to order those as soon as i know what sizes I need.

I already have all of my tandy snaps and the sew on snaps for the shoulders, 1" and 2" black strapping, my 2" white strapping for the shoulders as well as all the elastic I'll need (hopefully). I have the 7 split rivets and 2 cap rivets for centurion requirements. I'm planning to hand paint my bucket and I already have the stencils for the tube strips and all the paint. The only thing I'm missing that I'm aware of, until I actually start building, is the white velcro for the calf closures and some black elastic for the hand guards. I have been staying busy getting what I could while at the same time saving up for the armor and between all that reading every night about how to build it or watching videos, although I'm sure once I have it I'll still feel overwhelmed for the first little bit.
