Steffen is our squad leader and because we are in our probationary period he will retain that title for 6 months. Then we agreed as a squad not to worry about a special election but just have him hold that position until the next elections. I think it is very fitting that Steffen is our inagural squad leader as he was the first Southern Utah member. I was honored to nominate him and glad that he won in a landslide.
