Sweet. Good job! When you're done and ready, I may turn to you to get a bit more fit to take my martial arts up a notch.

Right on, Iz!

I've been away from the boards a lot! I've been extremely busy the last couple years rebuilding my life and my finances. With construction having virtually died thanks to the economy, I've continued with building another business in the fitness industry, which is on the rise. I'm still in the process of building it, but it is finally beginning to take flight. I've created a facebook page for it, and would be happy to help anyone here who may need tips, advice, etc. The logo is still a WIP and I hope to have the official website up and running by the end of this summer. Feel free to "like" my facebook page if you're on there and add me as a friend if you haven't already. Thank you!

I'd actually love to chat to you sometime about this, I have some health issues that make keeping fit a challenge, but I really hate being out of shape.. so advice would be very welcome :)

Hello everyone!

It's been a while since I've posted on here. I've been very focused on regrouping since having to close my construction company doors and starting a new business in the fitness industry. In the last couple years I've helped a lot of people go from overweight to lean, ripped and healthy. I've been trying to finish up school to certify as a personal trainer and all I have left is the final exam and I'm clamping down to finish it. I've also become heavily involved with Beachbody and the opportunity to get paid while getting super fit. I've been working on a new website and would like to invite everyone who is interested in getting healthier to participate and share in their fitness journeys, workouts, nutrition, etc.

Kirk has been my webmaster and has done a great job the last few weeks in making it happen. At this point it's just beginning to build momentum. It's a closed, tight knit community and it will stay this way for a while until I'm ready to take the website completely public. If you need someone to mentor you, as well as be a part of a support group, please feel free to register and say hello on the forums and what your goals are. I hope I can be of service to you. The temporary URL is:

Hope to see you there! :)
