I wanted to post up here that my family & I will be visiting your lovely state here in 2 weeks. We will be driving out on May 28th and returning home on June 3rd. This marks my second trip in 12 months. Last summer, I brought my armor with me. We found a few places to sneak in a few pics (Saltair, Days of '47 Parade) and ran into a 501st member from another Garrison in Park City (we commented on each other's shirts but can't remember his name).

I noticed that there are no scheduled troops posted for the time frame that we will be out. I'm wondering if it would be worthwhile to bring out my armor ( :tiepilot: )this time. And if I do bring mine, I would probably bring the kids armor that I built also (TD & Jawa).

I know that we have some things planned with the family we are visiting but I think there might be some free time in there somewhere. We will be staying in Snowbird for most of the week. In case anyone wanted to meet up, have an ice cream cone (I'm partial to Iceberg), whatever.

And if you are driving around and see a white Durango with Colorado plates and 14" Cogs on the side windows, make sure you honk and wave. I'll wave back.

Greetings! One event was just approved for June 2nd, the Summer Reading Kickoff Party/Library Grand Opening in West Jordan (south end of the Salt Lake Valley). If you wanted to attend that, you would be most welcome!

As for the Ice Cream, that would be fun too! Anytime that your here I'd be up for it!

Hope you have a great time playing! It would be awesome for you to bring your armor - it's ALWAYS good to troop with our neighbors :)

This would be awesome.. I'd love to except it happens at the exact same time as a birthday party that I'm already committed to. Will have to see what happens. Maybe we can at least bring a few of the family kids to get some pictures.

And that Snowbird shirt is pretty cool. We have shirts just like that in Estes Park.

But I'll get a better idea of what our itinerary is and we'll see what we can do for ice cream.
