Bluehost is holding a Job Fair in Building G of Canyon Park (560 Timpanogos Pkwy, Orem) on Monday, April 20th, from 11 AM - 4 PM. They will feature on site interviews and reviews by current BH coaches. There will be an emphasis on technical support and billing positions. Tell' em I sent you, as I get a referral bonus! You don't have to know code or programming, or even be a computer genius. I'm proof of that! So if you have a fundamental understanding of computers and email, domains and file management, it might be worth your time to come check it out. I believe they start between $13-$15/hr, with commissions on top of that.

This technician's primary function is to monitor systems via live reports from the Network Operations Center to ensure that our internal partners have the power, bandwidth and other data center resources that they need to successfully serve our customers.

Position Responsibilities:

- Must be willing to follow very specific protocols and procedures
- Help to ensure defined service levels of data center operations are met and/or exceeded
- Must ensure defined service levels of data center operations are met and/or exceeded
- Help to maintain a smoothly run, clean, and reliable facility
- Perform maintenance tasks such as filter changes, monitoring mechanical system, monitor system dashboards, etc.
- Perform first level monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, and logging for NOC alerts, emergencies, or facility events
- Ensure all personnel on site utilize proper safety and procedure methodology
- Supervise contractors to provide service or preventative maintenance
- Perform scheduled & daily data center walk-throughs to ensure facility and systems are running properly
- Perform various maintenance duties to ensure data center systems remain functional and continue to perform properly

Position Qualifications:

- No data center experience required but is a definite plus
- Electrical and/or mechanical background and experience is preferred
- Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday, various hours during the swing, day, or night shift
- MUST be process oriented and follow policies and procedures exactly
- Skilled in technical crisis management preferred
- Comply with all safety, security, and operational protocols at all times
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Good attention to detail
- Must pass a criminal background check (no felonies)

We're looking for people with a technical background. Familiar with basic Internet concepts, hosting exposure, having worked with HTML, FTP, DNS and troubleshooting. Training will be 3 weeks from 8 - 4:30pm. The department runs 24/7 and we typically hire for PM and Swing permanent shifts with weekends (so flexibility it required). Pay is $14.50 hourly with commissions.

Support Specialist Training 3/21
We're looking for people who have a strong customer service background and have been exposed to some troubleshooting or or minimal technical situations. Training will be 4 weeks from 8 - 4:30pm and we have both an AM (7 to 3:30) and PM (12:30 to 9) permanent shifts to follow (no weekends). Pay is $12.50 hourly plus commissions.
