So I'm having some trouble fellas and ladies.

I'm a bigger dude (6'0 280lbs) I'm worried that the kits i'm deciding between (RS and ANOVOS) aren't going to match my body and look insanely off. It's for just the ANH TK armor

Have any of you guys personally had experience with either of the kits and size trouble? I've been searching White Armor and I haven't seen anything either way with either of those kits.

Thanks and may the Force be with you!

There they are! Blast 'Em!

You may want to consider ATM, AM 2.0 along with RS. They are made for larger troopers. Height wise you should be fine for these kits.

If you haven't already, I would send an email to these vendors. Give them your size and weight and see what they say. The biggest areas for concern are the shoulder width, chest, stomach (at belly button) and thighs.

I'm 6'4" and 230 lbs and the AM kit fits me perfectly. jason10012 also has an AM kit and he's got somewhat of a belly. He added a shim and it works for him as well. I love the AM kit and would strongly encourage you to look into them. The RT-Mod kit, which is also for bigger troopers, has a much longer wait time than the AM kit.

I would caution you on ANOVOS. You'll be in for a long wait time and it will be a stretch to make it work for your weight.

I'm 5'-10, 270lbs and love my am2.0 kit. Don't waste your money on an Anovos kit you will never be approved with it because it will be too small for your frame and won't look right and it will take over a year to get it. The other kit for bigger people I rt-mod

I'm 6'-0" 250 and I purchased an Anovos kit, was ecstatic when the BBB arrived, unpacked it started trimming, did a test fit and sold it that quick. Picked up AM 2.0, I've got my bucket built (then came kid #2). I have done some dry fitting of ab, cod, back and legs. It's a much better fit.

Now to find the time to build....

THAT is the hardest part of the build!

We will have armor parties here in the ogden area a few times over the next couple of months. Keep a look out for details!

Btw, AM 2.0 is the way to go for the bigger fellas.

Just sayin!

!

I know but we did my sons newborn photos with it so I bit the bullet and went for it

I'm sure I'll need to shim the ab and back plate to make it look right.

Having a desk job is not conducive to helping me lose weight to close the sides.

Where do the armor parties get posted?

Thank guys!

no worries for hijacking! I'm gonna need an armor party soon too!

Looks like AM 2.0 is the general consensus.

is http://www.tk1336.com/am.html the website for him? or does anyone have more info in him/her? The FSID forum only gives an email: troopergear@gmail.com.

any other help would be appreciado :D

Sorry to piggyback on your thread, but this is great info. It's a question I've had too. What would you all suggest for clones or even clone commandos like Gregor?

Hopefully one of our clones will chime in since I'm no expert, but I'm sure the Clone Trooper Detachment can point you in the right direction.
