*Double posted in Costumes & Props as well as the Detention Center*

We are 35 days out from Salt Lake City Comic Con!

If you need your costume approved so you can work the booth, please submit your application photos as soon as possible. Remember, the application process can take weeks. Longer depending on necessary fixes. So, the sooner you send in your photos, the better! Applications received after August 22nd may not be processed before the con depending on application volume. Email gml@alpinegarrison.com with any questions!

**Partially completed costumes cannot be processed for 501st approval.

To speed up the process, please include the following in your application email to gml@alpinegarrison.com
1) Your name and the costume you are applying for.
2) Detailed information on your build including vendors from whom parts were purchased and modifications made.
3) Link to your Detachment build thread. (Please include the Detachment build thread, not an Alpine Garrison build thread.)
4) Photos that meet the requirements below.

A) Photos must be high quality and large enough for the GML to enlarge to see costume detail.
B) Photos must have adequate lighting. Dark costumes such as Vader should have photos taken outside in natural light.
C) Applicants must submit full body shots of the front, back, left side, right side, and costume on/helmet off. Please also remove any headgear or balaclava in the helmet off photo.
D) Include additional shots of anything mentioned in the costume's CRL that cannot be seen clearly in the full body shots. For example, Royal Guards must submit photos wearing inner robes and sash only in addition to the complete costume with the outer robe. Additional photos of the boots must also be taken since they cannot be clearly seen under the outter robe.
E) Photos must be taken within two weeks of application and cannot be photoshopped or altered in any way.

Here is a great example of fabulous submission photos. Thank you, BH-4803 and your photographer! :D
