Mask and weathering would be the last parts but just noticed how low my sleeve seam is. Not going to lie I'm beyond frustrated.

On the bright side, it looks like you have the color down well!

I hear you about the frustration, LittleSith! I've come to the conclusion that it's an inherent part of costuming. It seems like if one thing goes smoothly, three other things are about to give you fits.

I've been working on my Maul this weekend and there have been some issues with the face cast (which was a pain to make- just ask Cameron.) While cleaning it to make it ready for the vacuum former, the back side of the cast decided that it would be fun to turn into mud.... a couple of pieces on the check and chin broke off. Thought that Cameron and I were going to have to start over. Jeff asked me to bring it down anyway so that he could have a look at it. Looks like we can make it work with a block of wood, some glue and some potters clay. Good thing I have an idea of how to sculpt...
