Well, if no one found the easter egg, I found this awhile back:

I interviewed Seth Green about a year and a half ago and asked him five questions about the first Robot Chicken: Star Wars. Here's what he had to say then ...

TK9297 - Like so many other dudes in their early ‘30s, I grew up on “Star Wars.” What is your background as far as following “Star Wars” and did you play with the action figures as a kid?

Seth - I was a big fan of the films growing up, and had tons of the toys. A birthday wasn't complete until I opened whatever Star Wars toy my folks had gotten me.

TK9297 - What, if any, hurdles did you have to overcome to do the “Star Wars” special? Licensing issues, getting George Lucas on board, things like that.

SG - We initiated the project with them, so all of those hurdles were addressed before we went into production. Once the script was approved, we put a full court press on George to get him to play himself.

TK9297 - The “Empire On Ice” bit was hilarious. The little dudes in AT-AT suits and the guy in the R2-D2 costume were brilliant. How much fun was it to film and voice over that scene?

SG - The recording of that was lots of fun. I kept instructing the singers to be cheesier -- I told them to sing like they'd been working at Six Flags and finally got the big invite to Ice Capades.

TK9297 - In addition to the expected satire, the show points out certain logistical issues from the movies like never seeing the construction workers building the Death Star, or Darth Vader telling Luke all the not-so-believable sub-plots from the six movies, or the Emperor telling Vader off for allowing the rebels to blow up the first Death Star. As a “Star Wars” fan, it’s feels sort of blasphemous to say anything bad about the movies, but at the same time, you realize that there are flaws. Did you ever feel like “yeah, I’ve got George Lucas peering over my shoulder. I better not go there,” or did you feel comfortable with the whole project?

SG - We really didn't get that much interference from Lucasfilm. They were enormously supportive and got into the spirit of what we were doing. There were several sketches we pitched where we thought "oh they'll never let us do this" but we pitched them anyway, and amazingly, they all got through.

TK9297 - Speaking of George Lucas, what was it like having him do voice overs for you on a “Star Wars” related project? That must have been bizarre.

SG - It was a great and fun experience. He's so much more playful than you'd expect, very game to be silly. I've gotten to direct him twice now for the special and he gave a very credible preformance. I love it...

I agree, that was one of my favorites. I also liked the Fett parts a lot.
