For the capital you want to talk to Capitol Preservation Board. You can call 801-538-3221 and ask for Breanna, she is assitant events coordinator.

I just posted another event going on this Saturday, a 7 year old girl that we were trying to visit at Primary Children's Hospital, but has now been sent home. We could try to get everyone to that event in Taylorsville and then take the photo there, or somewhere near by.

That works for me. I'm more worried about making a banner that says "STRONG".

If you can get 11 troopers you could just have 11 squares, each with a letter on it so it spells out"TOMMY STRONG". I'm not sure how well the Y-M-C-A thing would work as armor doesn't allow for full range of motion. It would also save you from having to make a full on banner.

The trick there of course would be getting 11 troopers, or 6 troopers if they hold 2 letters ea.

With the germ restriction we can't do the event this Sat, but if you do the pic elsewhere after the event we can be there.

Speaking of alternate pic locations, Camp Williams main gate has a nice armor display.. some paladins and howitzers, and I think a Huey, but it is at the south end of the valley. Fort Douglas up @ the U has a small museum with military hardware as well, open noon to 5 on sat.
