I had a chance to handle one of these at CV and wasn't very impressed. If felt like there wasn't any interfacing in it at all making it very limp like a noodle.

I tried to do that with Nate and his Marc Ecko Stormtrooper hoodie. He just threw dirty snow on me.

Mears is per person so for us it just wouldn't work..... over $100 dollars one way!! No thank you! I called and reserved a taxi for us.... $30 one way for all 4 of us. Boom baby!

I've looked into the shuttles and they are TO EXPENSIVE. Taxi would be about $30 one way with tip total where as the shuttles (Super Shuttle included) start at about $18 a head. And yes, they run a circuit to all the different hotels but the taxi goes right to my hotel without stopping ;) The distan...

I'm the only one bringing costumes, everyone else is packing in a carry-on rolling bag. I will have my two carry ons (one is my helmet!) and one checked bag with my armor etc in it. I was REALLY surprised by the lack of shuttle actually, Nic. I would think that a nice resort hotel would provide some...

Nope. The Double Tree is one of VERY few hotels that don't offer a shuttle :p
I called and asked.... they couldn't even give me information regarding a taxi service they would recommend! I was very surprised and disappointed!

Howdy!!

Is anyone going to CV that is landing on Wednesday around 4:30pm that would like to carpool to the DoubleTree Hotel? I'm trying to offset some of the costs of the taxi and splitting the fare can help everyone involved :D

Sadly the Alpine Garrison is only at the beginning of the film, in the clip from the Ogden Light Parade many years ago.
