| Okay, about 16 years I made two Star Trek: Next Generation costumes for our then 3 month old Andy (who was Capt. Picard cuz he was completely BALD!) and for Jim (who was a Science Officer cuz he wasn't) :wink: They are full-on pant suits with a zipper going up the front of both costumes. Halloween 1... |

| Doug, I use a fine mesh fabric as my visor - 2 layers scewed from each other. It makes it so I can BREATHE and have AIR FLOW, and still not have people able to see back through the visor at my eyes. It also makes it so that folks can hear me talk when they ask me questions. Victoria's costume really... |
