In the last couple years I've helped a lot of people go from overweight to lean, ripped and healt...

Right on, Iz! I've been away from the boards a lot! I've been extremely busy the last couple years rebuilding my life and my finances. With construction having virtually died thanks to the economy, I've continued with building another business in the fitness industry, which is on the rise. I'm still...

The last few years, or at least as long as this thread has been going, I have taken small steps to being in the fittest, healthiest person I ca...

Don't go because you're quitting. If you go, make sure you go as a lay off. At least you'll be able to get some unemployment benefits while you look for a new job, assuming it takes longer to find one that it does for the benefits to kick in.

Man, I'd love to have those comics, if just to read them. I love that BSG uniform too! Cool stuff!!! I know it would defeat your Spring cleaning in the Fall purpose, but I'd happily trade my entire Star Wars Unleashed collection for those comics if you're interested. I just love comics and well, Sta...

(I've cleared this with Handyman). A fellow 501st member and fellow Beachbody coach and I are hosting a fitness challe...

Ok, new problem. Not big, this time, but lately I'm unable to open attachments ending in .docx. I'm not sure if I've never been able to open them, but I do have MS Word, but 2003 version. Not sure if that matters or not. I just barely got my computer back from the repair shop with a clean slate a co...
